"Property was not clean. Second couple choose to rent a hotel rather than stay at the property. Walls were scuffed and flooring was gapped. Interior doors did not close fully. Either heating did not work or the home did not retain the warmth. Thermostat read in the 50s throughout the night. Walls were thin on a corner property allowing outside sound to easily penetrate. Was not worth the cost of the stay."

"The staff friendly. The room we stayed in was very small and weird. No closet just hooks on the wall. Room service never came to clean our room. And the check in desk is on the 13th floor. Honestly would not stay there again. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room. I have heard that as an Expedia customer there are sometimes a few options in this area. But, I cannot recommend. The ceiling was peeling, the wallpaper was peeling. I took plenty of pictures, but in the end we just had to meet our obligations in the city for the weekend"

"House look clean but floors needed mopping. My grand baby socks were filthy from walking on the floor. The host was wonderful. We asked to be let in early and they were more then willing to let us. They responded in a timely manner but we couldn't wait to go to the bathroom so we went to the store to use the bathroom."
