"The staff was amazing. Especially want to call out Andrew at the front desk, Terrance the maintenance person, and I think the late night front desk person’s name was Tanisha. They were all very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the heat and Terrance came up immediately later at night and fixed it within minutes! "

"The place is just as described and pictured. It's close to downtown for eats and shopping, and Yale and all that's around it. It was very comfortable, well appointed, the beds were great, and it was just plain nice!@\"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Elm. It felt like we were the first guests because everything was so new and clean. Our host got right back to us when we had questions about the parking garage. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants. Our only complaint was that space was overly fragrant, if you are sensitive to fragrance you may want to ask before booking. Cheers!"
