"The staff at this hotel, including Stephanie at the front desk, could not have been nicer and more competent. They were incredibly helpful to my family. The hotel is also well situated to downtown and Yale university. We would stay here again. "
"Staff is always so friendly. Especially with the snow, they made sure our car was dusted off and the sidewalks were all clear and salted. Everyone went above and beyond, as always. "

The Elm - Retreat Near Yale, Parking, Gym, Downtown, Wooster Sq & Union Station
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at The Elm. It felt like we were the first guests because everything was so new and clean. Our host got right back to us when we had questions about the parking garage. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants. Our only complaint was that space was overly fragrant, if you are sensitive to fragrance you may want to ask before booking. Cheers!"
