Great museums within walking distance. Manager Peggy runs the place really well - staff were super friendly - particularly Raeesa, Katie and Kwan. Coffee service in the morning, newspapers (WSJ, FT, NYT), valer service, gym were all great!

I was assigned to a room in the corner of the building. It was freezing, and I had to request a change of rooms. The staff was very accommodating and moved me immediately to a slightly better room. The rooms were spotless, and the staff in all departments were courteous, friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here about 8 years ago and it didn’t disapoint then and the same now. It was just as nice. I had a corner room which was great. The staff is was very polite and the restaurant on site is very good.
