"The elevator was broken and our rooms were on the 3rd floor and my folks have a hard time going up stairs. One of the rooms smelled really bad and the restroom had mold in it. The lobby was also flooded from the ice machine. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have stay at other Motel 6’s and have never had an experience like this. Disgusting stained linens and towels, no accountability, the most non professional establishment that I am shocked is even in business!!! Reported to the Health Board and Chamber of Commerce and Corporate. I paid upfront for multiple nights they refused to refund me, only opted to change locations if I paid more. Have photos to back up everything!! One maintenance guy was helpful to try and get us assistance but the cleaning ladies and owners very unprofessional. The Worst hotel I have even stepped foot in. "
