"nice room, very soft sheets, quite spacious and biggg tv, impressive, nice soaps and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower, and a nice sink area and vanity mirror outside the bathroom. ample parking, friendly staff, safe area near the highway and shopping complexes with tons of grocery and gas and food options."

"Stayed at Extended Stay America Suites – Fremont – Newark and had a very disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos on Expedia, everything felt outdated, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The room furniture was worn out and torn, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained. Our first room had a window that wouldn’t close and thin shades that let in too much light, making it hard to sleep. We requested a room change but were asked to “adjust” multiple times. Eventually got another room, which was only slightly better. No breakfast, just coffee. Only positives: location. Overall, very dissatisfied. Expedia should review this listing. Would not recommend."

"This beautiful home was perfect for a family gathering. Everything was in functional order, well supplied, and an overall elegant place to stay on a vacation in the middle of Fremont. Access to high quality markets like Whole Foods is in walking distance. Most of all, the host is the best we have ever had. He is very responsive and extremely pleasant. Class Act!"
