Breathtaking View & Hot Tub Nevada City
10/10 Excellent
"The views are impressive along the big patio and large windows to the back. My friends and I enjoyed the space, comfortable living area and dining area to play games and share meals. The rooms were very clean, and the host was very communicative. We didn’t really leave the house so I can only speak on how remote it is. It’s way up on a hill so not a ton to explore nearby, but the peace and quiet is amazing."

Sierra City Loves Falls Cabin - Walking Distance to Waterfall & PCT
8/10 Good
"Just spent 2 nights at this sweet cabin. We enjoyed our stay. The living room is spacious and comfy and is was fun to watch a movie on the big screen. Beds were ok, some not as comfy as others. The spiral staircase is a bit rough to get up and down, it's very narrow, but doable. We cooked one night and wished the kitchen was better equipped, had to improvise on a couple of pans. The location is good, close to the lakes basin and Sierra Buttes. The walk to the waterfall is more like 20 minutes but it's beautiful. Communication with Catherine was good."
Forest Mountain Cabin, minutes to Downtown, trails, rivers & lakes
8/10 Good
"This spot was almost perfect! Clean, pet friendly, easy communication, a bookshelf of old books from the 1920s, rocking chairs on the deck, and a great location not far from town. The only reason I didn’t give this stay five stars is because there are no bear bins outside. So, the large trash has to stay inside, and though the host offers to take out the trash, it can get smelly."
Baby Bear's Cottage w/ private hot tub, 6 minutes to town.
