The hotel, staff, breakfast, bathroom and bedroom were all very good. The poor rating is because it's impossible to get a decent sleep! The staff was amazing—our check-in was seamless. Communication showed us right to our room and gave fantastic suggestions for dinner spots and must-see attractions. The rooftop pool was a huge plus! Rooms were spotless, and the staff was always helpful. Highly recommend this place!
