"The home was beautiful with an amazing view of the bay, especially in morning! Maurizio was always available and provided many recommendations for day trips and restaurants. There is a great market 5 minutes from the house with cheese, pasta, meat and fresh bread. In all, the location was perfect and I would definitely give it my recommendation.Thank you Maurizio!"

"We spent a week at Dreamhouse Scopello with a group of 12, a mix of teens and adults. The pool was a much loved feature of the villa, especially during the very hot Sicilian days. The pool is larger than it seems in the pictures. The patio and pool areas are spacious and there are a variety of seating options, enough for a group of 12. Parking was easy and can fit 4 cars. There’s good AC in every room. It was wonderful to have a washroom for every bedroom, although some showers are tight. The house provided a starter pack of supplies but definitely plan on a trip to the supermarket for a week’s supply. The property manger was very responsive to our requests and questions. We recommend the location if you are comfortable driving and are looking for destinations along Sicily’s northern shore. "

"We had a lovely week at Ulivo Blu. Having had issues with our flight, we were extremely late arriving, but one of our hosts took the time to send us videos of exactly how to access the place and collect our keys - so helpful. The accommodation was clean and simple, but had everything we needed, including a huge - and very comfortable - bed and, most importantly, working aircon in all rooms. Probably THE highlight though was the pool - it's very well kept, with lovely clean water and what a gorgeous backdrop! The only small issue we had was that the sink in the kitchen was unusable due to a serious leak in the u-bend. Staff came to try and fix it, but a plumber was needed and, this being on Sicilian time, no plumber arrived during our week-long stay. No big deal though, as we just used a bathroom sink (there were 2 to choose from) for washing up.Overall I'd say that Ulivo Blu is a really lovely place to stay. It has a very laid back air of somewhere that had maybe seen better days, but it is still well kept and is well away from the bustle of busier places while still being very well situated for getting around northwest Sicily. Would we go back? Yes, in a heartbeat!"

"We had a wonderful 11 night stay at the Villa. Francesco and family greeted us at check in, with easy process, and delicious Italian artisan pastries as a welcome treat.Villa very well presented, clean, with huge well equipped outdoor terraces and pool. That we used daily.During our stay we contacted Francesco for some tips on travel, sightseeing, more than happy to help. We hired a car and explored the Island too. Villa is a great base for exploring and nearby Town great for eating out, with fantastic views: Scopello and Castellammare del Golfo.I would highly recommend the Villa. Pictures and descriptions all very accurate and a great place to stay with lots of outdoor space ideal for al fresco living. Indoors all you need oven, hob, dishwasher, washer, two bathrooms etc etc and very welcome great air conditioning as plus 30c when we stayed. The pool also cleaned several times during our stay to keep it tip top.Thank you for a fantastic stay and holiday! Craig & Mark"

" We were totally delighted with our stay at the villa. The standard of facilities is extremely high and there was a sense of luxury and total comfort. We dealt with the owners who were charming, friendly and extremely supportive. My partner is disabled and uses a wheelchair and tje owner even supplied a ramp onto the patio from the car parking area as well as bed support. The rooms were very clean with fresh bedding and towels available after the first week. All bedrooms are ensuite and this gave us all privacy which we loved. The region offered us wonderful places to visit..Castellamare del Golfo, Scapello, Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Trapani...as well as plenty of excellent restaurants with wide menu choices at very competitive prices... in all this was the best villa we have ever rented and would highly recommend a stay here... First class in so many ways. Complimenti. "
