Delightful little cottage attached to a private ciountry-house situated in a tipical sicilian garden rich with olive-trees, agaves, and palms, a stone's throw away from the natural reserve of "The Zingaro" and tonnara of Scopello. The cottage consists in a two-rooms appartment, divided into a spacious living-room with an open fully equipped kitchen (all appliances, satellite TV and cabinets/wardrobe space)little bedroom-queen size bed- bathroom with shower. Outside, the cottage is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation , and in front there is a private patio with barbecue, facilities, dining table and sun beds, also an extra bathroom with shower.Private access to the delightful seaside, surrounded by rocky landscape (no further than 30 meters). The village of Scopello is one KM away and the town of Castellammare del Golfo is about 8 KM far. It's an absolutely marvellous place which guarantees silence and privacy.

Amazing

Lovely little cottage with spectacular private access to the sea. This place is a dreamy romantic spot. It’s small but has everything you need got a seaside holiday. Our host Hanni is also lovely and respectful of our privacy. Would go back!

Perfectly set up as cozy retreat for a couple seeking peace and quiet. Well situated for Scopello and Zingaro Reserve. Only request would be for some newer outdoor furniture

A great stay at Scopello

It was a true pleasure spending 4 nights at Hanni’s Cottage. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, and appointed with all the amenities for a very enjoyable stay. It’s perfectly located on a large parcel of land that is part of the coastline of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and a five minute drive to either Scopello or the Zingaro Nature Reserve. You have two patio’s which you can spend hours enjoying the views over a bottle(s) of wine, and your own access to a secluded private section of the coastline with very easy access to great swimming. There’s a ladder embedded in the rocks that allows for easy entry and exit from the water. It is peaceful, private and the views are unbeatable. Hanni is charming, and graceful, and was a very kind host. Communication while booking and leading up to our stay was very easy, and the check-in was a breeze. Hanni’s cottage is a real gem and when the time came it was hard to leave. We recommend staying at Hanni’s Cottage.

Beautiful location!

Excellent location on the ocean. Explore the rocky shoreline and swim on calm days. Nearby grocery/restaurant is excellent. Cozy apartment for a couple. Ice cold air conditioning for the hot Sicilian sun. Kind and friendly hostess. Beautiful grounds. Would stay for a month if we could!

Die kleine Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für 2 Personen durchaus ausreichend. Wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse. Private Zugang zum Meer, solange keine Leiter vorhanden ist, etwas Klettern erforderlich um ins Wasser zu gehen. Giovanna ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Environnement fantastique

Idéalement placé, la mer juste en dessous de la terrasse, calme absolu, près du très joli village de Scopello & 2 supérettes bar / resto à 500m. La propriétaire - Giovanna - est très accueillante. Très bien pour 2 personnes mais Il faudrait améliorer certaines choses : un grand parasol devant la mer, un grille pain qui marche, 2 grands verres pour le Spritz ou la bière, une casserole (il y a tout le reste). Pour l'accès, ce n'est pas difficile mais c'est un chemin privé non goudronné .... donc faire attention.

This property is absolutely unbelievable!! Everything was perfect, the grounds are beautiful and the view is unmatched. The owner is the sweetest person ever! I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed in the slightest!

Beautiful scenery

When you drive in, you will be mesmerized by the beauty of this property. It is stunning. However, the accommodations inside are limited. The kitchen area is not conducive to a lot of cooking cuz there is no counter space. The bed is not particularly comfortable and the couch wasn't either (2 seater). So I found myself not very comfortable inside. The outside. There is a; nice porch but the umbrella does not work and I didn't know how to adjust the lounge chairs. Hanni was nice enough to drop off fresh eggs and lemons which is endearing. She's a very lovely elderly Italian lady. I think overall, if you're not going to spend a lot of time there, it's fine. I came from the United States. I did not speak Italian and Hanni didn't speak English. I was on a solo trip as a 64-year-old woman and I was really hoping that she could be a person to help me navigate.....At the end of the day i really can't. complain based on the price but I think it's important to know the specifics when committing to travel. But you will be completely in awe of the scenery in your front yard. No one can compete with that,!

Fantastischer Meerblick - ruhiger Ort - wunderbare Gastgeberin

Wir haben im April 5 Tage in Hannis Unterkunft verbracht und es ist eine der schönsten in der wir je waren. Das Häuschen ist klein, äußert sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Highlight sind die Terrasse, der eigene Meerzugang und Hannis Gastfreundschaft. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist magisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Danke für die schönen Tage!

Super schönes Grundstück, eine Woche reicht fast nicht um alle Lieblingsorte zu erkunden. Haus nicht riesig aber sehr gemütlich, alles da und blitzeblank sauber. Selten einen so herzlichen, netten Gastgeber erlebt. Vielen Dank liebe Hanni, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Scopello stay

Hanny was a gracious host. Her property is beautifully maintained and the house was very clean. The view is spectacular and the crystal clear water is just a few steps away. I went in later February and the water was refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Urlaub für Auge, Seele und Herz

Hanni begrüßte uns äußerst herzlich auf ihrem Anwesen. Das Ferienhaus ist klein aber sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für Paare. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist absolut einzigartig und an Schönheit kaum zu überbieten. Dank des eigenen Zugangs zum Meer konnten wir täglich in Ruhe und für uns Schnorcheln und schwimmen gehen. Wir wären wirklich gerne länger geblieben und haben Hanni versprochen, auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen.

Auszeit gelungen

Es handelt sich um ein kleines an das Haupthaus der Gastgeberin angebautes Häuschen mit zwei herrlichen Terrassen und einem schönen direkten Meerzugang, wie in der Beschreibung zutreffend dargestellt. Das Wasser war auch jetzt Mitte/Ende Oktober noch ausreichend warm. Es ist auffallend ruhig, keine (also wirklich kaum!) Straßengeräusche. Der Blick auf das Meer ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben.... wirklich einzigartig. Die Küche der Unterkunft ist mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Mitarbeiter sind bezaubernd!

Außergewöhnliche Lage

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Lage. Der eigene Zugang zur Bucht ist wirklich besonders und lädt zum spontanen Schwimmen ein, die Terrasse ist perfekt für ein Frühstück mit umwerfenden Blick. Super nette Gastgeberin.

Great Spot !

The location is pretty isolated, so you absolutely need a car. The private access to the beach is wonderful. Housing is a bit small but it’s okay for 2 persons. I recommend booking this place
