"Overrated, photos on website totally different than reality “worse”, very small swimming pool with too much people in it “crowded”, smell of cooking is everywhere in the hotel indoor and outdoor, room’s furniture is too old. Breakfast was not fresh and tastes awful! Hotel’s rate per night versus value is too much. Not recommended at All!!! It was a real bad experience!"

"Great location and the view is excellent. Room was nicely cleaned and sized for two people. I loved the balcony as well whic is not a common feature of most hotels. Wonderful breakfast and many choices to eat. The management team has a great customer service orientation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Sharjah. Definitely four stars and possibly 4.5 stars. "

"Reserved room was not ready when arrived so was given a different room after delay. They provided only one towel per person and will not provide more unless you pay for it. The bath tub was not having a curtain so when showering all the water was going on the floor and the water was coming out from the sewer. Will not go there ever again."

"It was the perfect place to stay for a relaxed few days away from the hassle and bustle of Dubai. An easy drive out from the city. The hotel is a little oasis in a not particularly nice area. If you are looking for nightlife or a choice of good restaurants then this isn’t the area for you. Having said that if you are happy to stay put the Vida beach offers everything. Very friendly staff, very well appointed, clean bedrooms and a first class restaurant. It is directly on its own beach with plenty of staff to help you providing towels, cold water and sun cream. There is also a very nice infinity pool and separate children’s pool. There is a tennis court and some water sports. Substantial buffet meals are served in the restaurant. Again with helpful staff. Chef Al Bahri bakes all the pastries, breads and cakes in house and they are delicious. You can order fresh eggs Benedict too. Very good choice on the buffet in the evening. Many guests were on an all inclusive tariff which with the lack of restaurants near by is definitely a good option. Naomi on Reception and Sahar maintenance were very helpful. I would highly recommend for a few days of R&R. "
