"Badr Eddine at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s central location is a real highlight. It’s just a short walk from the Ulm Minster and surrounded by plenty of charming bakeries and cafés. Rooms are cleaned every two days and are well maintained. That said, having a kettle in the room would have made the stay even more comfortable."

"Great location! Walk to everything you want. Stayed in room 7 top floor. Stairs may be an issue for some but beautiful space! Michelin restaurant 5 minutes away. Room wash clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly."
