The property condition is excellent. There was attention to details which make our stay a very nice experience. Our room was soundproof. We had more than the basics. I will definitely use the facilities again. I felt like home.

New and clean apartments run by professional team onsite. Car Parking convenient underground and close to transport links. Shopping close to apartment for food and other products. I would recommend and return next time I am in the area.

A nice apartment with a good layout (except the bathroom) and an okay location despite all the construction nearby. However the room had a strong cigarette odour which could not be resolved with open windows. The unit was also quite marked up from previous guests and the bathroom towels were very worn out.

Zusammengefasst: Schrecklicher Anfang, hervorragendes Ende. Ausgührlich: Die Begrüssungsmail wurde im Mailprogramm des iPhone mit weisser Schrift auf weissem Hintergrund dargestellt, war bei sehr grossem Zoom immer noch schwer lesbar. Zwei Nachrichten die ich über das Nachrichtensystem von Expedia verschickt hatte (nach der Buchung) blieben ohne Antwort. Der Check-In geht nur Online. Beim Ausfüllen eines Formulars auf dem iPhone wurden die Formularfelder übergross dargestellt, so dass die Eingaben selbst nicht sichtbar waren. Jetzt kommt der gute Teil: Ich muss wohl während des Ausfüllens etwas verwirrt geguggt haben, weil daraufhin eine sehr freundliche Dame auf mich zukam und uns bereitwillig alles gezeigt hat und uns auch zum Fahrradkeller geführt hat. Das Appartment selbst ist einwandfrei. Sehr sauber, geräumig, alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Da ich erst um 20.45 buchen konnte wollte ich schnellstmöglich einchecken. Da das self checkin desk eine störung hatte, konnte ich nicht einchecken. Telefonisch und per mail war niemand erreichbar. Deshalb habe ich ein anderes zimmer in ulm gebucht. Die meldung das mein zimmer bereit sei kam um 22.20 !!! Da war ich schon lange im amderen hotel im bett.

Anfangs war ich etwas irritiert da das Gebäude hier nur von seiner Schokoladenseite gezeigt wird - man kommt aber in der Regel von der anderen Seite und da ist aktuell eine Baustelle. Die gute Perspektive vom Haus bekommt man nur, wenn man einmal drum herum läuft. So war ich erstmal etwas enttäuscht (da ich nicht gleich drumherum gelaufen bin). Das verflog aber direkt als ich mein Zimmer betrat: Wunderschön, extrem sauber, top Zustand, alle Annehmlichkeiten 100% wie beschrieben. Es war wirklich toll! Ich werde hier zu 100% wieder buchen, 5/5 Sterne!
