- No parties or schoolies to be at our property - We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach, there is an outside shower on the East side of the house. - No smoking and/or vaping inside or on the balcony - We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm - Pets must be approved by owner - Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms. - Please do not leave A/C on for long lengths of time or when you are not there.
PET RULES
- We accept 1 dog under 10 kg, non-shedding and fully house-trained (we have carpet and owner has allergies). - No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please. - We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed - Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains. - Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended - Please note the backyard is not suitable for large dogs - Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bin (not inside)
