Mollymook is a delightful holiday destination, famous for its glorious beaches and lovely seaside village ambience. This property boasts an enviable position on the prestigious Mitchell Parade. It's so close to the heart of Mollymook, but with the beach at the end of the garden you'll feel like you're in your own slice of Paradise.
You are spoiled for eating options. The famous Rick Stein at Bannisters is only a 4 minute drive, while the popular Asian fusion restaurant, Gwylo, and Bannisters Pavilion are both a 10-15 minute walk. The Golf Club is just 5 minutes walk as is the Surf Club, cafes and the patrolled Mollymook Beach area (during the summer).
Further afield are yet more options to explore. Just 5 minute drive South is Ulladulla CBD with all the amenities and facilities that a larger township offers, including cafes, restaurants, supermarket and boutiques. 5 minutes' drive west takes you to the historic Milton town with its art galleries and antique shops.
Best of all is the stunning beach right on your doorstep with its expanse of golden sand and all the water activities on offer, including surfing, fishing, swimming and even snorkelling in the tidal pool at Bogey Hole, a few minutes south of the property. With walks, golf, a spa and wineries on offer nearby too, you really couldn't ask for a better spot to holiday.

Great location but over priced with no flexibility
Overall, we had a good experience at 8 Mitchell. Sadly though, with only one communal area we found the house lacked space to live in as a group of 7. This resulted in us having to compromise throughout the day in terms of who got to use the space. Additionally, throughout the 10 days, some of the adults had to make a couple of teams calls for work. There was no suitable table to use in any of the bedrooms and so we had to empty the house to allow the working adult space to make their calls. This was a little frustrating. Small changes like having a table in the house would have made a big difference. On the plus side, we loved the location being so close to the beach. Overall, we'd recommend this house to small groups that don't need multiple living spaces throughout the day.
Absolute beachfront access. This was our second time staying at this property. We just love it. So close to the beach, shops, coffee... the most relaxing holiday. Great for entertaining as well with the outdoor area. Kids adore this place as do all the adults. The only thing we'd recommend for the future is to supply beach towels with the house. We will definitely be back again.
Really well-laid-out house with good living areas and lots of natural light. Funky spacious outdoor &BBQ area with AMAZING direct access to beach. We had a lovely holiday, we’d love to stay here again. Only downside was the cleaners did a poor job before we arrived. We had to re-clean the kitchen and all dishes, utensils etc. The pillows were flat, and towels were old and thin.
