"Great location. Clean rooms. No property amenities ie fire pit, communal deck etc."

"The hotel was dated. Insulation was poor. We were bothered by the level of the noises, upstairs guesses walking, rolling their suitcases, next door talking and coughing, the traffic noise from the bridge right cross the hotel. The phone at room didn’t work and same as AC. They do offer the room service, but at request. The front desk lady didn’t mention that. So the room was not cleaned and supplies were out the second day. We had to go to office to get toilet paper."

"No sundry store on property. Vending machines instead and they were poorly stocked. A few soft drink machines with minimal choices. Noisy surroundings and parking lot throughout the night. Terrible shower water pressure. TV system went out but was fixed by on-site engineer."

"We booked an ocean-view room through Expedia, but the only view from our room was trees and the garden. We chose not to complain to the front desk and stayed in the room we were assigned. We also arrived early and asked if early check-in was possible. The front desk took our phone number and told us they would contact us when the room was ready, but we never received a text or update. We ended up waiting for our room, even though check-in was listed as 4:00 PM. In addition, we were charged unexpected fees that were not clearly explained to us, which was disappointing. Other than that, the property was beautiful, and the overall scenery was amazing. The grounds were well maintained, and we still enjoyed our stay despite the issues with the room view, check-in process, and unexpected charges"

"Perfect for a quick overnight stay! We used the hot tub and it was pretty amazing. Open until 10pm. Coffee was also great. Starbucks! I recommend bringing your own towels as the room ones are very small and limited to only two in the room. Will stay here again when we travel back through!"
