"Property beautifully presented, high level of cleanliness, nearly everything equipped just missing a couple of kitchen items, like small plates and heat protector stands. Price was expensive due to our original 2 week holiday which was booked 6 months in advance being cancelled 2 weeks prior to holiday date, which lead to booking this property as only property available on the Isle of Skye which made it expensive for a week!!"

"Loved the location of this rural property in Uig overlooking the loch and the terminal for the ferry to the Outer Hebrides. The house is a bit difficult to find but the owners are almost always nearby and are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space for the 4 of us (all adults) for 3 nights, and I could have stayed longer. Nice kitchen, dining room table, living room couches, bedrooms, and large windows showcasing the views. Note that it's necessary to carry luggage up some steep stairs. We found the property very conveniently located for our hiking excursions and visits to sites on the northern part of the island. I would be very happy to stay here again, though two things could be improved: (1) There was no internet service during our stay. The owners apologized but said the router was broken. (2) It would have helpful to have somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms--hooks or towel racks."
