Secured front entrance, clean, good breakfast, fast wifi, hot water, in a central location in town, and air conditioning with an easy laundry service for a very reasonable price. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place"
