"It was a great stay. We arrived around 9pm, but we were able to order a meal. Fridge available with reasonable prices for drinks. Good breakfast. Since we didn't fly out until that evening, we could rent the room longer $3 per hour, or stay in the common area. We requested toasted tomato sandwiches for lunch and were accommodated. Easy and relaxed atmosphere. "

"Not as close to the airport as I thought. Taxi from airport to lodge takes about 20 mins along a dusty unpaved road. But hotel itself is very nice and you can see Kilimanjaro on a clear day. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of international tourists stay here "

" We stayed at Chayna Lodge for 2 nights before we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. The staff was amazing, especially Omar. He was so kind and helpful for our entire state. When we left to hike mountain, they were kind enough to hold onto our luggage and put our personal items in a locked safe. The property is beautiful and well cared for. the breakfast buffet was great and included an omelette station. I would definitely go back and visit. "

"We stayed for 3 nights, we booked the comfort room but unfortunately had one next to the kitchen, which was very loud. Once we told Manny (Sales Manager) he sorted it immediately and moved us to a much larger room with a shared private pool. It was 10/10! The grounds and facilities are really nice, with a new swimming pool being built, which will be an amazing addition. "Is a very simple and quiet hostel. My room was cozy and small. The building is old and not too modern. The plumping can be bad. If you are not into luxury and you are a simple person and dont really care about materials then this place is good for you. If you are not like that then this place is not for you. Is located in the main road of moshi so it easy to walk around. The price is realy good with a simple breakfast. Its a fair deal. "
