"Rooftop bar features a stunning view of Mt. Kilimanjaro and the sunset, but that's about the extent of the positives. Most of the hotel seemed to be under renovation during our stay. Hot water ran out after about a 1-2 minute shower. Pool was dirty and deck in poor repair. AC worked fine. Location is not particularly convenient and requires about a 20 minute walk across some high speed roads/ roundabouts to get to restaurants and attractions in downtown."

"I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

"Very nice place to stay while exploring the Kilimanjaro area. Staff is super friendly and the pool is wonderful! Cottages are basic, but clean and food is good! Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who want to be close to Kilimanjaro! "

"Pros: -Paschal was amazing (great customer service) -wifi was strong -breakfast was hearty and free -clean room -locked gate to enter premises -food available at the hotel Cons: -far away from centre of town (and roads are quite bad in the local area) -lost power to my room block during the night -no mosquito net over bed -not much of a social vibe (there was only one other guest I met) "
