The spa bath doesn’t work and the aircon has been leaking all night even after asking staff to look at it android them saying it was working fine again

Website is way out of date, there is no restaurant or bar you have to go next door to Indus restaurant which was great.
Room was good with plenty of space and very quiet, was looking forward to having a spa bath but ran out of hot water when only a quarter full.
You can get a very nice breakfast delivered to your room and the staff are lovely. If you want basics and peace and quiet this is it.
We stayed in the Jawa suite and it was amazing, the staff are wonderful, breakfast is delicious, the facilities are up to standard. We were really sad to end our stay as we were travelling around but will most certainly re book Anhera suite if we are in ubud again, it is within walking distance to the main area and the views are amazing.
