"Clean room, breakfast room staff friendly and efficient, check in and checkout fast. They accommodated my room location preferences and it was a quiet sleep. I like hard floors instead of carpet but the same vinyl flooring was used throughout which made the whole place feel like a hospital vs nice hotel."

"Staff was really courteous and very helpful. The room was great, very clean and spacious with an awesome view. Overall really great hotel!!"

"Once you realized there is a kiosk for check-in, this is done quickly. The lobby was nicely done. The room is compact but adequate. The mattress was better than average (but could be better). The pillows were very nice. The shower was easy to enter, and the flow and temperature were easy to control. Everywhere it was clean. The windows were double glazed and kept out most of the street noise. There's a decent restaurant two blocks away (Berghoff's) and a quickie (McDonald's) two blocks the other way. Although we didn't use it, the hotel has parking arrangements with a deck two blocks south. We plan to stay here again next time we're in Chicago."

"The room was great, staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointment (for the kids, at least) was that the hot tub was out of order all weekend, and the pool was closed Monday. But it didn't ruin our weekend by any means."
