"We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this home. It’s clear that the owner has an excellent sense of style and takes great care to ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome. The interior is incredibly cozy, with stylish furniture, thoughtful fixtures, and beautiful details throughout. Everything felt fresh, new, and spotless. Even the dishware impressed us! And the mattresses—simply amazing. We had some of the best nights of sleep we've ever had. Hot tub is absolutely amazing. Very comfortable and clean."

"This property was falsely advertised ysung staged photos that weren't current and was filthy.Im currently in dispute as We Left to a hotel less then 4 hours after check in and the owner refused a refund of any kind for a 30 day stay.Ive never had this bad luck with vrbo begore."

"We found this rental literally on our way driving to Cleveland from Boston. Unfortunately the original vrbo we booked had to be cancelled because a tornado swept through the day before and knocked out all power. We were thankful to have found this one, but unfortunately were disappointed with what we came across. I had to take out the shower liner because of how disgusting it was and had to clean the tub before I let my kids shower. We also realized the toilet seat was broken, but still usable. The microwave also did not work. I let the manager know and in the beginning she was quick to respond and very apologetic. Even letting us know that a shower liner would arrive via amazon and we should open and replace. It never arrived. I have texted her several times since we left and have not heard anything in response.
This place is way overpriced for what you get and where it is. Again - we were thankful to have found a place in the emergency situation, but will never use this place or management company for a vrbo rental again. "
