"This was our 1st time ever renting a home for vacation. This home and our host were exceptionally wonderful. This home was very spacious with plenty of space for everything and anything we wanted to do. Everything one could think of or need was supplied or available. Our host were readily available and very communicative to any and all issues or concerns that we may have had. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. The location was very accessible and within 5 to 20 minutes from almost every store, restaurant, and venuewithin the Greater Cleveland area. We would definitely choose it again. Thank you Faye and Andre for being such GREAT host!!!"
"The property was a pleasant place to stay. The living space was clean and very inviting. All the appliances worked well. The area was convenient to downtown/events. "We came in for a trade show and have always loved the Cleveland Heights area! The accommodations were perfect! The space provides a relaxing outdoor area. After 10pm coming inside is welcoming with a fun basement bar/rec room and a lovely living room upstairs. The house is very tidy with all amenities! Chase is a responsive professional owner. I would highly recommended this rental!!! "

"Great communication. Check in was easy and flexible. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. The mini split in upstairs bedroom and the window AC in downstairs bedroom worked great. New refrigerator with cool ice spheres. It was great having access to the garage.House has great bones. It is undergoing lots of upgrades in between rentals, so expect a little dust and work in progress. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovations look almost complete. The rest is still in progress."
"Great older home to stay in! Location for attractions was great! Only down fall was if you wanted to eat out you had to travel a little for a decent restaurant(granted we weren't the most familar with the area). Would definitely stay again. "
