"The hotel is under construction, and there was a mess left by the workers. There were stains on a lot of the chairs, including our room. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, and there was water left in the ice bucket for who knows how long. Breakfast was your run of the mill hotel breakfast."

"The property is older and not well maintained. Our first room had a mattress with broken springs. We requested a move and the staff was wonderful accommodating our request - however we were not offered any help relocating to a different floor in a different building! We needed the kitchen area for our stay but there were no forks, which we were able to get from the front desk. Don't be deceived by the beautiful lobby area - The rooms are very dated! Upside is the hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and a movie theater. "

"The house was perfect for our group. Location was convenient and provided everything we needed. There were a couple of housekeeping issues that I spoke with the owners about. Nothing that ruined our stay, but things we felt should have been seen or addressed prior to our arrival. "

"The home was clean and had everything I needed while I was in town. My dogs loved the big backyard. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to my doctors office for my daily appointments. Even being right off of Broadway it wasn’t hard to get in or out of which I had initially been concerned about. The check-in/out process was seamless and the owner was very communicative. I would recommend this home to other guests and would stay here again."

"The most well-stocked VRBO rental house we’ve ever stayed in! It’s an older creaky house but the entire inside has been remodeled in a clean modern style with beautiful furnishings. Kitchen has tons of dishware, cookware, spices, coffee pods and often-not-found equipment like a blender, meat thermometer, cheese grater and outdoor grill, all of which we used to cook healthy dinners. Bathrooms had plenty of towels, hair dryers that actually work, and detachable shower heads. Beds were fairly comfy, the bedrooms had multiple luggage racks and the kids room even had a closet full of kids toys. There was also a highchair and kiddie table with mini chairs, and a fun game room downstairs. This rental is close to Starbucks, grocery stores and pharmacies and the owner was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again "
