It couldn’t have been a more perfect vacation. The host was very quick with responses and communicative leading up to our trip. The brand new AC was perfect for the hot summer days we stayed. "Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with check in as the front desk staff told us the incorrect entrance to unload our luggage. Other than that, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. We had a loft suite which was plenty of room for our family of 4. The only issue was that the air conditioner was not able to cool the upstairs bedroom. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in the suite as we were able to have breakfast before we set out for the day. This hotel is within walking distance to Downtown Lake Geneva and many restaurants and fast food places. A Walmart and Aldi were less than 10 minutes drive. Would definitely return here!"
