The room was always clean and everything worked fine. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall, not bad for the price I paid. A good option if you need a hotel close to the Great Lakes Naval Base.

Hotel smelled like smoke and piss. No doors on the bathroom and they took the flip lock off of the door which is extremely unsafe especially with the neighborhood and people in and around the hotel. If you want to grab a hooker and a pipe this is the place for you otherwise I’d find a different hotel.

Stayed for my daughters navy graduation picked location due to closeness to base and price next time I will definitely spend the extra to stay elsewhere dresser drops broken or missing no where to hang any clothing table was not level outlets didn’t all work and definitely was not as the pictures showed. No breakfast no coffee snack area… lesson learned
