"Booked 4 nights stay and since it was non refundable paid for it when booked. Upon my arrival they asked me to make a payment, I showed them my receipt of the payment and emailed it to them. When I checked in the room the comforter looked dirty and hair dryer wasn’t working. They promised me to replace with clean one and fix the dryer. But the next day when we were out and came back they didn’t fix anything but locked the room with our suitcase and belongings inside and asked me to make a...

"We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean. However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. It made it very difficult to relax and we had constant disrupted sleep at night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled in our room and did not realise how much the traffic noise would affect us. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is conveniently located."
