"Front desk staff was Amazing John in particular i dont remember the other gentlmans name when we checked in. The shuttle service the staff was amazing. The sports bar herbys and pineapple grill food was amaxing as well as service at both places. We could not have been more pleased with this resort just outstanding and we would definitely be back. After a terrible experience at our original resort, we booked this place last minute on the same day we checked in — and wow, what a blessing it turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine kindness and professionalism. Despite the short notice, our room was ready, clean, and refreshingly cool — just what we needed after a long, stressful day. The beds were super comfy, the views were beautiful, and everything about the property felt peaceful, safe, and family-friendly. Once you’re settled in, trust me — you won’t want to leave! The resort has it all: beach access, a relaxing pool, delicious food, and even water activities right on-site. It’s tucked away in a lovely area, so having a rental car is helpful if you want to explore, but they do offer car services if needed. One of our favorite parts was the included breakfast. It wasn’t just your standard grab-and-go — we got to sit down and order from a full à la carte menu with plenty of tasty options. As a family of five, not having to rush out in the morning to find food was a huge plus! Every concern or request we had was addressed quickly by the staff, who were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. After five days here, we left refreshed, happy, and already planning our next trip back. This resort truly turned our vacation around — highly recommend! "
