Very outdated..the pool is decent and itā€™s walking distance to the beach. Otherwise if youā€™re not really in the hotel and are only in there to sleep then itā€™s ok I guess. Pretty quiet, would have sooooo much potential if it was ran better and remodeled.

Four flights of stairs with full suitcases is really hard, even with all their help. They lost a star because they didn't provide bottles of water in the rooms. When the water is not safe to drink from the sink, it is critical to provide safe water. The area was beautiful. Limited options for breakfast.

The noise from The speaker that the staff was playing was too loud, my husband ask them if they could turn it down because he was trying to sleep in they did for like 10 minutes and started it up again.

Terrible! the property is outdated the staff not helpful, bed sheets are old, the breakfast is limited to three choices everyday with a choice of bad coffee or and orange drink (not juice), no help in carrying luggage to rooms even though there is no elevator, things such as television or a/c or doors do not work properly, we will never stay there again unless the property is destroyed and build new again

Iā€™m so disappointed about my stay at colonial west bay Mike front desk was great but facility cleaning was very poor bed sheets were dirty and stained beds arenā€™t comfortable if you have a hard time going on stairs donā€™t stay here elevator not working my poor grandma had to go to 3rd floor she almost die with the many steps I have visit the island multiple times but I will never stay at this place again I will rather pay more them staying here again.
