"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere truly gives you that charming Italian vibe, making the whole experience feel like a mini escape to Europe. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the entire property was spotless. We especially loved the peaceful walkways, the stunning architecture, and the cozy evening lighting—it creates such a relaxing and romantic ambiance. The pool area was fantastic, perfect for both relaxing and enjoying time with family. Everything was well organized and never felt overcrowded. What really made our stay special was the overall experience—the attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the way everything just felt easy and enjoyable. It’s a perfect place for a family getaway, a couple’s retreat, or simply to unwind and recharge. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"We love Cabana Bay and have stayed there 5 times now. We love the vibe, the shuttle, the food options, the pools and the poolside view we always choose. We’ve stayed at another Universal hotel last summer and had a bad experience so came back to Cabana Bay. We will be back again next year :)"

"The poolside seating was nicely spread out and comfortable. The lobby restaurant service was kind and professional. The food was excellent. My compliments to the front desk and restaurant staff. Our family stayed in on two rooms and both of the rooms were adaquate. The rooms (#327 & #323) both shared a musty and damp odor. Best described as unpleasant. While this may have been the result of the most recent guests, it definitely should have been addressed prior to the rooms being rented to new guests. This condition was brought to the attention of the front desk staff upon our check out the morning of 3/23. I can only hope that this condition has been addressed and a process has been put in place to avoid a repeat of this unfortunate situation. Sincerely, William and Jacqueline Sullivan "

"Room was very standard but good for the time we were there Staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast was ok, not much variety, very mediocre Parking was great, sufficient, free! "

"Breakfast menu was nothing fancy but perfect for something quick on an early morning park day. Hot water was just not so hot and more lukewarm. Staff was great and nice."
