"Room had stains on the walls. Dogs were staying on property and dog poop in the hallway of second building. Horrible response when we told the front desk. They asked if we picked it up even after I explained they were not our dogs. "

"I wish there was a shuttle to/from the airport. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I was a given an ADA room (I didn't need one, but I think it was the last available option) and the shower was awful. The shower wand was broken. The curtain didn't hold back any water. I can't imagine how a person with limited mobility would take a shower in there. There was no room to use the shower head without constantly touching the curtain. Coming from a cold NH winter I had hoped to use the pool, however it was not clean at all. On the other hand, the staff was so pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating! They get an A+ rating."

However, the bathroom door would not stay closed, the toilet seat would not stay up (inconvenient for the fellas), and the shower leaked all over the tile floor. More than a towel could sop up. "
