"The hotel is really lovely, rooms are large and clean, bed is comfortable, staff completely lovely. The area around is perfection. Our only complaint is that we had a family emergency where we had to fly back home to Canada unexpectedly and the hotel manager refused to issue a refund, which we thought under the circumstances was cheap. But aside from the management, it is a wonderful hotel, brilliantly located."

"Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. "This was the second time I have stayed and it is a really nice hostel. The only annoying thing is that you can only go out on the terrace which it's attached to while the cleaning ladies are there in the morning, which seems like such a waste of a nice outdoor space to enjoy."
