The place was very large and nicely furnished. We had a problem with the adjacent suite playing music too loud and they were not able to take care of the issue until the next morning. The location is fantastic as there are many restaurants and stores in the area.

Great apartment for a stay in Ruzafa! Immaculate clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Problem with this particular unit was that next door there was a group of people (and there is a shared door between the two units), and they would go partying all night and can make your sleep time miserable.

Perfect location to explore

We were on the 5th floor, with balcony. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location to explore the city. Bar Berlin was directly below us, so ear plugs might be needed if on a lower floor (did not impact us at all)

Good apartment block in excellent area - 10 mins from old town, 5 from Razafa market and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Apartment itself was fine - spacious (we has apt with terrace, which was worth the extra price) and remarkably quiet. Few grumbles, same as others - hot water system did not like long showers; bed was uncomfortable as was other furniture. Would stay again.

Great location. Very comfortable and practical flat. Downside was not having a dishwasher, hangers and a counter on the wc. We also faced a shortage of hot water, the boiler did not store enough water for two baths in a row. Besides that, we had a perfect stay.

The apartment was nice. The apartment is beside a cafe of Berlin which gets extremely noisy at night. The parking was very close but difficult to manuver due to very tight spacing. Not ideal for larger vehicles.
