Bright studio apartment recently renovated, located on the ground floor of the inner courtyard of a building in the Vanchiglia area, a neighborhood popular with young people for various restaurants and clubs.

The apartment has a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table, and open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker.
A staircase leads to the loft has a queen-size bed and a desk. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
