"The people staffing the hostel are so very wonderful. They go out of their way to help, from the front desk to the people who change the linens. And the location is terrific. There are loads of nice hikes nearby. The restaurant & bar are exceptional as well. 15 stars out of 5!"

"At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had cut down a plastic pallet. It worked great! Wide enough for my best friend to step on and support his weight and an easy step up. "
