"Nice and relaxed"

"The breakfast was very basic and expensive showers are outdated and difficult to use. Rooms are nice and clean. Nice view and facilities."

"The hotel itself is lovely, The spa, pool etc., was fantastic. The outdoor pool area was very nice as well. The rooms were very large and exceptional. The hotel is really well made. Downside is the staff at the bar outside (which I think is not technically owned by the hotel, but is their main eating area) were not helpful. "Spent 2 nights here as part of a motorcycle tour, staff were outstanding, food was delicious highly recommend the hotel & restaurant "

"Absolutely beautiful property with amazing, helpful staff. It is very close to the city but not right in the center (a short 5-minute drive). We actually preferred this. It really was a little bittersweet to leave. We will stay there again."

"Great place to stay. Friendly and service-minded owners that did their absolute best to make our stay pleasant. A highlight is the authentic food in the restaurant. Perfect place if you like nature and want to explore the Andorra nature by hiking. "

"Séjour de ski à Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-déjeuner très correcte, dîner beaucoup moins. Personnel très-très aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter à la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (très pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais ça fait du bien quand même. On reviendra."
