"Absolutely beautiful view from room window facing the river and the mountains, and convenient location. The room could have been a bit better maintained but in terms of having somewhere to sleep, use a private bathroom, and store my things, it was perfect. On my last night I had a problem with ants in my room but the staff were incredibly helpful and gave me a new room immediately. Check in and check out were both very easy and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Andorra for a few nights."

From check-in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, cozy, and well-organized. What we loved the most was our city view room—it was so beautiful! We could see the town and even the snowy mountains through the window, which made the stay extra special 🏔️❄️ The shared kitchen was also a big plus—very clean, well-equipped, and convenient. The location in La Massana is perfect, close to the cable car and easy to explore Andorra. Overall, everything was excellent—from service to room to facilities.
