ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! From the exceptional attentive staff to the 'out of a designer magazine' decor everywhere, Jashita is simply the best boutique hotel in Tulum.

We stayed at mi amor for our honeymoon and it could not have been a more enjoyable and relaxing stay. The staff are incredible friendly and attentive. The views and facilities (personal outdoor spa and also infinity pool) are first class. The directors of the hotel met us upon arrival with a glass of prosecco and made us feel very welcome! The restaurant at mi amor, unico, is also a must - as the food is spectacular. And lastly the location is great, you can ride your bike to the ruins and to...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Tulum! I had a wonderful stay at Calea Tulum Boutique Hotel. It’s a very unique boutique hotel with a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooftop swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a great place to enjoy the surroundings and soak up the atmosphere. Having breakfast included also made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The rooms were very clean, well-organised and comfortable,...

Where do I start?? Great location, great facilities , great excellent staff, fantastic food, entertainment all day every day and a holiday of a lifetime

My wife and I had a fantastic two night stay at Alaya. The resort is very conveniently located, with most rooms facing the beach. The staff, particularly Moritz, head of guest services, were exceedingly helpful, nothing being a problem. My recommendation would be to spend a little bit more money and get one of the Ocean front villas, as the Gardenview villas get a bit of noise from the street. Otherwise would highly recommend to anyone.

Our time at Hotel Tiki Tiki was an absolute dream! From the first moment, prior to our arrival, the staff were extremely helpful and always quick to respond. When we got to the hotel we were totally overjoyed, it was somehow even more beautiful in real life - the photos don't do this place full justice. We could've easily spent our whole time in Tulum just at the Hotel laying by the pool, but of course wanted to embrace the town/sights and were given the best local tips by the staff. Alex,...

After a long flight it was great to arrive to a nice, private, quiet hotel to recover and recharge. The staff were attentive and always willing to answer any queries. It was a pleasure interacting with the staff from front desk, kitchen and house keeping. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We are so pleased we listened to the reviews for this property and decided to book here last minute. We were so happy with our 4-night stay at Una Vida. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was impressive for the price (especially compared to similarly priced but far less attractive hotels in the area), the room amenities and cleanliness were faultless, the location was brilliant as we felt super secluded and safe with easy walking proximity to Tulum's main centre. The photos are...
