|| • TEVA is built through handwork, the use of local materials, and the time required for careful craftsmanship.

The spaces preserve the freshness of the handmade terrazzo floor, the texture of chukum, and the warmth of wood, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the entrance.

The construction respects the pre-existing vegetation and allows the native flora to continue growing around the spaces, giving place to a natural and serene environment.

Everything was designed to accompany the surroundings and offer a simple, comfortable, and genuine way of living.



This first-floor room with a terrace, designed for two people, maintains a simple and open layout, with large windows that allow natural light to accompany the space throughout the day.

The finishes combine the handmade terrazzo floor with walls coated in chukum —a traditional mixture made from the resin of a local tree— creating a sense of continuity between the interior and the surrounding greenery.

The private terrace includes a small pool and an outdoor area built around plants that originally belonged to the site, forming a calm and understated environment.

The space features a small deck with wooden seating and an outdoor table, adding a functional area for rest.

The unit includes a minibar and a water heater for basic preparations.

It is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure comfortable conditions throughout the stay.

The immediate surroundings offer parking, and guests may request bicycles to explore the area comfortably.

TEVA is located within Aldea Maya, a private development with controlled access, quiet pathways, and abundant native vegetation that invites walking and moving calmly.

From here, there is quick access to the routes leading to the beach area, as well as to cenotes, shops, and downtown Tulum.
