The Hotel Tiki Tiki is a gorgeous absolutely beautiful retreat so quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I plan to return on my next trip to Tulum. It is located in a residential neighborhood with beautiful trees and vegetation. A close walk or drive to downtown with restaurants and shopping. No noise of any traffic or city businesses. The staff really make this place special. Thank you Julie, Samantha, and Santiago! It was an incredible experience. This hotel is a gem just perfect I loved it!

This was a great place to stay away from the craziness of the nightlife. Beautiful tiles, nice rooms with balconies, great shower, and nice staff

Such a delightful boutique hotel with INCREDIBLE staff! We booked two different hotels for our vacation to Tulum and I wish we stayed at Tiki Tiki the entire time. The rooms are beautifully designed, the pool is perfect, and you are surrounded by the jungle. We'd regularly see parrots, toucans, and tropical birds! I appreciate that it felt like a retreat as soon as you entered the property. There were lots of delicious restaurants and cafes to walk to as well.

Nice boutique hotel on edge of town. Staff were wonderful. They have a nice little bar and a small pool. Rooms were spacious and WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for our honeymoon recently and had a wonderful week! All the employees were lovely and took good care of us. We loved our room and had tucans outside our window daily. Would definitely come back here. Very quiet and trendy spot. Beautiful pool!

Great stY
Great location, very clean rooms, friendly staff, located in La Valeta inside the jungle. Holistika is right next door if you’d like to use their stuff and even have a free yoga class courtesy of staying at Tiki Tiki. Pool was good, plenty of hammocks to lie around. You can rent a mopet at the hotel which I recommend if you are planning to go to beach area frequently. Breakfast was good but would like some protein (egg, sausage etc).

Lovely Gem of a Boutique Hotel
This lovely gem of a boutique hotel is absolutely wonderful and if I ever stay in Tulum again, this is the place I will return to. The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for requests. The common areas were beautiful, serene, and relaxing. The drinks were wonderful and the rooms were perfect. It was also just next door to Holistika, and the hotel had an agreement for discounted yoga and other wellness classes at Holistika. I absolutely would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in town. It's perfect.

Sweet, chill vibe
My daughter and I stayed one night on our way further south. We arrived after dark and we were really exhausted from traveling all day. It’s a sweet place with lovely international, hostel like vibe. There are cute cats roaming around that we adored. The breakfast was super sweet and hammocks In rooms were a great. The bed was rough and I couldn’t figure out the hot water to shower but minor things. I’d stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my teen-age daughters and would definitely stay here again! The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room had a balcony and it had so many windows it felt like being in a tree-house. Every morning, Aracari toucans would hang outside our room. Breakfast was delicious - a fresh-baked croissant, a fruit/yogurt/granola bowl with perfectly ripe tropical fruit, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and coffee/tea. The cute bar had great drinks. And the front desk helped us arrange the Covid Test we needed to get back in the USA. Stay here! You will love it!

Hotel Tiki Tiki
Hotel Tiki Tiki was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and included a refrigerator and a safe. The lobby was great to hang out in with a cute bar and attentive bartenders. There’s a beautiful pool but it was too cold for my liking. They also had scooters and bicycles available for rent at a reasonable price. The hotel is close to downtown Tulum and around a lot of restaurants and shopping. The staff was top notch. Juan and Melissa made my birthday stay fun and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little boutique getaway
The hotel is perfect. Exactly what you'd really want from a boutique hotel in the wonderful Tulum. It's 10mins walk (or 2mins taxi) into the town and 10mins drive to the beach. The hotel only has around 20 rooms, and each guest feels like a personal guest of the front office team. Breakfast is simple (croissant, granola, fruit and fruit juice) but absolutely perfectly done. The pool is great as is the well stocked bar. The room was great with a hammock in the room, small balcony and some friendly toucans visiting just outside every morning. The real highlight was the staff. Friendly (without being too friendly). Always on hand to give superb advice on the local area, which cenotes to visit plus bars and restaurant advice in town. Melissa was exceptional for this.

Great Vibe
This is a great little hotel. It was a short stay for me, but I had a great time. The staff is very friendly. Andrés at the front desk was very kind and always eager to help. He knows everything around and gave me great tips for my trip. There was another girl at the reception. I think she was the manager, but I forgot her name, she was also very cool, kind and helpful. Damian, the bartender was awesome too. He wears these handmade cool shirts (every staff member at the hotel should wear them), and he makes you feel at home while making awesome cocktails. After my stay, I checked in at another hotel and came back to just hang out and have a drink there. A good thing about this place is that you can use all the facilities at Holistika, the hotel next door. Great restaurant, yoga classes, and a bunch of holistic activities. I’ll come back for sure.

Amazing stay!
Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is super relaxed with a cute mid century style. There were days we had the pool to ourselves. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made the trip special. We got access to their other property for yoga and the restaurant was amazing. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I loved tiki tiki tulum and really appreciate how accommodating they were. They welcomed us with welcome drinks, a gorgeous breakfast, (and even a little cake and sweet note since we just got ceremoniously married) and let us use their scooters to travel locally. It was a fantastic hotel experience that was close enough for us to get everything we wanted from Tulum yet far enough to be in a peaceful haven. Love the landscaping, interiors, architecture especially. Cute keys as well!

It is a very cute hotel. Staff are friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions of restaurants and things to do etc. Breakfast is amazing and we were given two free drinks. Only thing is wifi is a bit slow but I guess it helps focus only on vacations! and make sure to rent a car.

An amazing little hotel tucked away in the rainforest. Looking at the map, you may be worried being away and distant from the action, but the amount of restaurants and bars that are a quick walk away is amazing. Stayed on the beach and here. And would choose tiki tiki over any hotel in the beach zone

It felt like a luxurious jungle retreat. The room and bathroom were very spacious and tastefully decorated. There is lots of privacy and tranquility. The service was outstanding, even before our artival date, the front desk person was very helpful and attentive to coordinate our arrival to the hotel from Tulum and arrange the required covid testing to fly back. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We also got amazing recommendations for local restaurants and things to do.

Loved our stay here, room has great AC, clean rooms. The staff is amazing, they help with the luggage up the stairs and arrange tours and give great advice on restaurants. This is perfect for the days you are out all day in tours and exploring the town to get back to a cold room.

Beautiful boutique hotel away from the crowds and noise ! I was traveling with my teenage daughter and we felt completely comfortable and safe here . We stayed in room 13 ( had to climb stairs to get to it ) panoramic terrace. the room was clean and beautifully designed, the balcony was very private and surrounded by jungle trees. It rained heavily and the lights and WiFi flickered but that’s to be expected given the location - overall everything worked . Had a nice breakfast in the morning in the small attached cafe. We rented a car so can’t comment on travel distance. Overall I found tulum very crowded and hectic with many many cars so we likely wouldn’t hVe felt safe navigating on bike into the main strip. Overall the hotel was really lovely, the in room hammock was fun. No TV, which is common in all of Tulum and fine with us. Would definitely return due to the design and location - it was beautiful !
