Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen designed for convenience and comfort. The open-plan living space includes a dining area for four and a compact, cozy sofa best suited for one guest, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout. Step onto the balcony overlooking the mangroves, furnished with elegant seating, and enjoy peaceful panoramic views in a serene setting.



Master Bedroom.-

The master bedroom is a private coastal sanctuary featuring a plush king-size bed, soft lighting, and refined décor. It includes an elegant en-suite bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, air conditioning, and a 75” Smart TV. The private jacuzzi, located on a private terrace with ocean views, adds a luxurious touch, perfect for relaxing and unwinding in total privacy.

Power outages, though rare, can occur without warning as electricity is provided by CFE (Mexico’s electric utility). We’re happy to assist if any issue arises.
