Cordelia is located on the south part of Tulum, in "Colonia La Veleta" a new developing area with unpaved roads (good for adventure!), aprox. 3 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful Cenotes, less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores. We are located very near to the center of town (1km). Tulum is a hot spot for real state so you will see constructions around and next to the property with unpaved roads. There are no construction rules here so it can be noisy. Located 100 meters away from Aldea Zama entrance with bars and restaurants.
Aldea Zama opening gate hours: 24h. Be aware that power in Tulum is inestable. Or could be power outages that last all night. All our floors are made of polished concrete typical of the region, this material is porous, so marks on the floor doesn’t mean dirty, all floors are clean. Please be aware you can find bugs in the listing. We are in the jungle. All listing are cleaned before arrivals but you can find bugs anytime.Ants, mosquitoes, scorpions (not poisining),spiders ( not poisoning), etc, etc. Please remeber you are not in a city, you are in the caribbean jungle. Pool can only be used during the day and until 10 PM.

FAQ

Do you send taxis/transportation?
We can send taxis to the properties when requested. If you need a taxi between 10pm and 9am, it must be notified to the manager assigned to your stay before 10pm so it can be arranged to your desired time. If taxis are not requested before 10pm, unfortunately we would not be able to do it after that time.

How far are we from the beach?
Moving around Tulum is quite easy, if you rent a bike, the nearest beach would be at around 30 minutes away from our properties. Or by car, 15 minutes away.

Is the pool or plunge pool hot?
None of them are heated, since the normal temperature in Tulum is 28 ° C

Closest shop/convenience store?
We recommend our guest to bring their own grocery shopping, since the is no walking distance shops around. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. You can either go to “Super Aki” or “Chedraui”.

Do we modify reservations?
We do not modify any confirmed reservation due to external things to us, we can only extend reservation dates if we have availability.

Can I have more friends over in the property?
External people from the original confirmed reservation are not allowed in the property.

Can I do early check in?
This is normally not possible since we are usually fully booked, and we have to get the room ready for our next guests.
