"Home Away from Home truly was a great experience. The grounds are gorgeous and such a beautiful place to visit and experience. The staff, Elvis, Grace, and especially Felix were tremendously helpful and friendly. They took care of absolutely everything and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. "This property it’s a disaster, first it’s hard to find the place do to the name, they have changed so many times and in the out side you can never see the name as marked. No one helps with luggage, poor English, rooms odor was discussing, showers had mold I literally had to get out of there asap."

"Overall, the staff was great. Although the Wi-Fi would not always work, which was hard relying on VPN plus beds could be kind of uncomfortable. The location was great for Tianmen Mountain. Very quiet hotel with great restaurant and convenient store nearby."

It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel.
