"We ordered a smoke free room but still could smell cigarettes from the AC or door gaps. Even the towels had a faint odor of cigarettes on some days. The staff don't do anything about it, as smoking in places you're not supposed to is still very tolerated in China. Disappointing, non smokers shouldn't be second class citizens."

"A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel.
