"We stayed in apartment 33, 6th floor (top) ocean view. The view was spectacular and the appartment clean and very nice. The block has a lift and a designated underground parking space (note the spaces are tight and max car height is 1.95m). It is absolutely beachfront, has a nice quiet

and is about 10-15 mins walk from cafes and IGA in Tugun. The appartment has a washing machine and dishwasher, and comes with a couple of sachets of dishwasher powder and washing up liquid though no cooking...

"San Simeon is in a great location right on the beachfront. The building is well-designed with appealing outlooks from all rooms towards the ocean. The 2 Bedroom apartment was light, bright and spacious. It was comfortably furnished, although beds were a little firm for our liking. The apartment and property was well-maintained and clean. Requests were quickly met by the property manager. We loved the

area, with a great

and spa, and the rooftop spa and sauna were also excellent!"
