Great Stay!!!
My husband and I could not have been more thrilled with the amazing views and the comfort of this home. Karen was the most incredible host… always making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was complete with every utensil and appliance you could think of. The bed was so comfortable, as were the double recliners in the great room. It’s hard to describe the magical views… the mountain ranges during the day and city lights at night. It was beyond our expectations!! It was really the perfect getaway. We will be back for sure!!!

Spectacular Views
This is an upscale, well maintained property in the Catalina foothills. It is convenient to many great hiking trails and restaurant choices. The King Size bed is very comfortable and every morning you awake to amazing views. Karen, the owner is communicative and accommodating. This was my husband and my second stay at this location and would love to come back again.

Awesome Property
We just spent a fabulous ten days at this property in Tucson. Honestly we wanted for nothing. It’s completely updated and has mountain views from the wrap around deck from sunrise to sunset. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen well-stock and the main gathering space so inviting. Karen the host is incredibly friendly and responsive. The access to golf, biking and hiking is right nearby. We definitely hope to be back soon. There are many reasons why this property is rated so highly!

Love at first sight!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed celebrating Christmas at this amazing casita overlooking the mountains and the city. True to the photographs, the interior space and wrap around deck are very attractive and comfortable. And, the views are a wow! We loved watching the sun hitting the mountains in the morning and then setting over the city in the evening. The kitchen is so well-stocked cooking was a pleasure. Karen is a very considerate and attentive host. We are already planning a return visit! Highly recommend.

Very much enjoyed our week stay at Karen's casita. The views, morning, noon and night were spectacular! Karen was a wonderful and attentive hostess. The casita was very well stocked and appointed. Very quick access to the awesome Sabino Canyon which rivals the Saguaro National Park(s). Cheers!

Spectacular!
This Casita is perfect! Karen is a warm hospitable host and quickly responds to any communication. The location is convenient with a “get away from it all” vibe. We walked Sabino Canyon every morning ( a 7 minute drive). The furnishings are high end. The bed is very comfortable and there is a Keurig coffee maker and also a standard brewer. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect spot to see everything
Arriving in the afternoon we settled in and were treated to a stunning sunset as we sat outside on the wrap-around porch. Our hostess was immediately responsive to any and all questions and very helpful. The house was immaculate and well-stocked in both the kitchen and bathroom supplies. We needed nothing for our stay. The location is right in the middle between Mt. Lemmon and West Saguaro Park which provided easy access to both. There was so much to do we never made it to the pool! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to check the availability of this beautiful place.

Great Property
This casita in the Catalina Foothills is a great property with outstanding views. Karen kept in touch during our stay, she strives to make sure her guests enjoy themselves. The location is excellent, near lots of places to hike and dine. We would recommend staying here.

Anniversary Get-Away
We were looking for a quick getaway in Tucson with great views. This casita was a perfect fit! We could see the amazing monsoon storms move across the city and desert, while being able to watch the sunrise AND sunsets! The casita was also very comfortable, modern and clean. Air conditioning was great and the wrap around patio is such a huge part of the experience! Our host was kind and generous and very welcoming! 5 stars + !!!!

Great Stay
Stayed in many VRBO's, but nothing compared to this experience. Property was awesome. Very unique. Casita was quiet and great views all around. Had incredible monsoon first night we arrived. Skies opened up and blew in hard. Cooled it down immediately outside. Beautiful skies all around afterwards. Host was always available and extremely accommodating. 100% recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in the Catalina Foothills.

We loved our stay here, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, the views are stunning, and the host was great as well. Inside was very clean, a fully stocked kitchen, and the bed was comfortable too. A truly amazing place!

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the AWESOME host Karen and her beautiful daughter. First, let me just say that the host went beyond to make us feel special starting with making sure we had starter breakfast items, in the event we arrived too late to shop. Next, she gave us a full run down of all the local eateries, shops and entertainment. Finding the property was a breeze and not far from airport. Now, the property itself cannot be explained in pictures. You must see to believe. The views should be bottled up and sold alone. The night views and panoramic views of the 4th of July fireworks spot on. Top that off with the Fly by of the F-35 fighter jets and all I can say is WOW!!!! Overall, we did not have a good time.... WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME!!! We will be back!

Lovely home in Tucson with fantastic views
Very beautiful views and a lovely home. Great deck to enjoy the scenery and sunsets and have meals on. There were lots of birds visiting the property to enjoy. We'd highly recommend this Vrbo home. The owner is very accommodating. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful view and great location
As it says, the most beautiful view of Tucson at night ... ever!. Quiet place, extremely well appointed with great appliances (if you cook as we do), nice wrap around deck, easy to get to, and close access to Dining etc. Probably one of the nicest places we've leased through VRBO. The hostess was very nice. You Will have to climb stairs to get to this rental as it's on stilts etc. which gives you the great view. We will likely come back here for a future birthday and anniversary celebration. Loved it.

Perfect place in the foothills of Tucson
Don't look any further, this is the perfect place to stay while visiting Tucson and the surrounding area. This property is even better then described. The views from your wrap around deck allow you to view sunrises and sunsets. The interior has everything you could want to make your stay feel just like home. Karen was a perfect host, and was always available to answer our questions. If we return to the Tucson area, we will definitely look to stay here again.

AMAZING!
This property is AMAZING! It is beautifully done (No junk or left over items from the owners home here! It was obvious this place was specially furnished and chosen for this space.). Every amenity you could want including cozy robs hanging in the closet ! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to all of our needs. 5 stars!!! If we return to Tucson, this IS where we will stay!

Very modern, clean, great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay especially the modern interior, cleanliness of the unit, comfy recliner chairs and the beautiful view of Tucson! The kitchen was fully stocked for those who like to prepare meals at home. The location was quiet and private and just a few minutes to grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

This place was better than we expected! Lovely home, great area, and the view off the deck was beautiful, especially at night with the twinkling city lights. Great host and communication. The pool was a huge bonus and we really missed it when we moved to our next destination. Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Excellent Stay!
We were so pleased with the property. It was clean, well-stocked and had gorgeous views of both the mountains and the city. Karen was very communicative throughout our stay and made suggestions for restaurants we might enjoy (and we did!). We also enjoyed using the private pool, which is an oasis in itself. The pictures and description of the property are accurate but cannot do it justice compared to seeing it in person. We would definitely stay here again when in Tucson! Karen, your attention to detail and hospitality are very much appreciated!

Comfy place with amazing views!
We really loved our five nights here! The home has every conceivable creature comfort, with an artist's touch. The actual artwork is gorgeous, but all of kitchenware and many thoughtful touches are above and beyond as well. We really enjoyed watching the Olympics in the movie-style recliners with cozy blankets (it was cold and windy most days), and were awestruck at the sunrises, sunsets and night-time views. We cook at home more than most people, I think, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped, to our delight. The only thing I didn't see mentioned anywhere is that there is an 17-step narrow exterior staircase that you need to climb to access the house. For us it was fine (except bringing up suitcases) but it could be an access-issue for some. Karen was very responsive and easy to communicate with and had many great suggestions for meals and activities. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great location!
Karen goes above and beyond to facilitate a carefree vacation. The casita sits well above other homes providing spectacular views - we enjoyed sunsets on the patio every night. The location is close to the loop bike trail - there is an alternate gravel road route to stay off Campbell.
