Contact-free, brand new urban cool apartment within a redeveloped Mid-Century Modern appliance store from the 60’s and within close proximity to all the Downtown action.

This space is simply unique and full of character, tastefully decorated and located in the up-and-coming Five Points area, just a few blocks South of Downtown. Enjoy a walk to admire the adobe row houses in the adjacent Historic Barrios, grab brunch at famed Five Points Market or a craft beer at nearby Pueblo Vida Brewery.

Barrio Santa Rosa in downtown Tucson lies directly south of the Barrio Viejo National Historic District. Part of the original urban core of the city, its history, and buildings are tied to Tucson’s most indigenous architecture, the Sonoran tradition, specifically, the Sonoran Rowhouse, built of adobe with flat roofs and situated on the street. The arrival of the railroad meant building materials from the East arrived, spurring the architectural use of pitched metal roofs seen in the later adobe Bungalow and Mission Revival styles.

This space is within minutes' walking to a plethora of downtown eateries and nightlife. Take a short Uber/Lyft, ride your bike, rent a scooter or take a walk to explore and find yourself in the middle of all the action.

Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm.

We do not allow smoking of any kind (including on balconies or terraces), including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco-derived products, and/or cannabis-derived substances (including vaping and e-cigarettes); breaking this rule will incur a $250 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorize.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

It was ok!
There was a lot of road noise, cars racing down the road with loud Mufflers. There were cars with loud music driving by. The place is nice but it almost felt like a model home in that everything was just for looks not for use. I normally don’t travel with laundry detergent. I needed the washer and dryer, and I didn’t have anything to wash my clothes with! Also, the shower has poor water pressure and it was a bit frustrating! I did speak to the man who was cleaning the room when I got there and he was very nice and accommodating, Thank you sir!

We called about 30 mins before check-in to see if we could get the access codes. However the owner hung up on us. I called back right away, but then he didn't answer. I called VRBO support and they got the owner to send us an email with the codes. The unit was on a right off the street and there was a lot of very loud traffic (cars with out mufflers that were revering their engines and speeding). Thjis was not a 1 off and happened several times during the night. On the positive side the unit was clean, good size and good internet.

Great location close to downtown
Stayed for a couple of days to ride the Tour de Tucson bike ride. Location was great for the start and finish. I could walk to everything I needed. It is located on a busy street and did have road noise at night - only drawback.

This was by far the best place i have stayed while away from home. The contactless check in was great and communication with the property manager was amazing. Super clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay in a great location
The property was modern, comfortable, and very clean. I felt right at home and really enjoyed my stay. I could see it being a little confusing to get to the unit, but the manager gave great instructions and I had no trouble at all finding the door. Also, the location is close to downtown and plenty of amenities. There were a few coffee shops within walking distance which I enjoyed in the morning. Overall, I highly recommend this place and next time I'm in town I would look for it again.
