Private converted tack house efficiency/"tiny house" on 6 acres of natural Sonoran desert off of a secluded dirt road. Wildlife abounds. Horse corral (no horses reside) and trailer or RV access with large parking and turn around radius. Front porch for sunrises and peaceful meditation. Outdoor " living room" with TV. Fire pit. Grill. Washer and Dryer. Downtown Tucson , museums, shops, grocery, clubs, music venues etc only 6 .5 miles away. University of Arizona only 5 miles. Access to horseback riding trails and hiking on property. Access to The Loop for biking, running and walking 5 minutes. Municipal golf and Starr Pass Marriott golf courses minutes away. Access to I-10 only 5 minutes! Tucson International Airport 25 minutes. Property accessed via a dirt road. 4 wheel not required but drive slowly over bumps recommended.
