PLEASE NOTE: Upon arrival, the Greeter’s Cottage will collect credit card information for the preservation resort fee of $30 per day, up to a maximum of $150. In addition, For those renting after June 1, you will be asked to cover $50 per day for the Bear Lake Reserve rental program. Your VRBO fees have been adjusted to offset this daily expense. You will also be given access to our exclusive Bear Lake Reserve app that you will use for admittance to the property and to keep you posted for many of the "happenings" on site while there!
