"Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

"Room was okay, staffing needs training especially at the restaurant. Most importantly staff needs to learn some English. They are friendly just the language barrier. The food is really bad, I wish they would improve on providing good quality tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s always the same stuff every day. I felt bad that the Hotel was in such a great location, but lack the guess. I think it would help their bottom line if they just correct these few issues."

"The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits."
