"The staff was terrible. For a room booked for two people, they set it up for one people only, like one toothbrush, one pillow etc. I called front desk to ask for one more pillow, they asked me to go to the front desk to grab a pillow. I told him it should be set for two, and I told him that I cannot go to the front desk. He asked me rudely why I cannot go, I told him the reason, and he just hang off the call. He was so rude, I never saw a hotel has such rude service."

"Very basic unappetizing breakfast menu, expensive for what it was in comparison to hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto. The whole hotel seemed old and tired. Furnitures not clean, old as well. Disappointing. My experience with Expedia, reserving hotels in Japan was excellent. "

"Sachie and her team were incredible!! The location was perfect! Close to all kinds of food, shopping and amenities as well as one of the best temples we have seen while in Japan!! The food here was a work of art! Each morning we were spoiled with beautiful and delicious creations! The area just outside our hotel is quiet at night and made sleeping peaceful but was also an easy 10min walk to wonderful restaurants if needed. They also had a great spa for nightly soaks that my girls and I enjoyed after long days of walking around!! Thank you to the amazing and kind staff!! As much as we enjoyed all this place had to offer, you all truly made this the extra special for us and we are so grateful!!"

"I only stay here the night before I headed back home because it was closed to the airport. Good place to stay if you need to be near the airport, free shuttle service was awesome. The hotel itself is outdated and can use some renovations. The rooms had an old smell to it but a humidifier was provided. "

"The shuttle service is such a life saver! They provide transportation to the Airport, nearest mall and train station. There's a 24/7 Family Mart convenient store inside the hotel which is really awesome. There's also an ATM and currency exchange machine as well. The gym was ok, it had about 5 treadmills, 1 squat rack, 2 benches, 1 leg press machine, 1 lat pulldown machine, 1 kettlebell and 2 full sets of dumbsells. The washing machine is super affordable and there's no need to buy detergent. Dryer isn't the greatest, you need about 2 cycles of dryer time for a small load. I'm not sure if it's every floor, I stayed on the 6th floor and it had a microwave, vending machine and trash bins Hotel also provides a universal charging cable that's tucked in a blue pouch behind the stationary. Only thing I disliked is the room was quite warm and is set to a certain temp throughout the building so even though you see a thermostat you're not able to change the settings and it gets quite hot."

"4/12/2026 around 11:30am, I arrived early and left my bags at the front desk so I could explore. When I finally checked in later, I was so touched to find that the staff had already moved my luggage up to my room. It was such a thoughtful, professional gesture that truly made me feel welcome."
